Cathy Barto has more than 25 years of experience helping both individuals and groups manage their insurance benefits. She received her Bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota followed years later with a Master’s Degree from University of Phoenix. She has completed the Registered Health Underwriter and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant designations through National Association of Health Underwriters. She has certified for the Marketplace since it’s inception. She and her husband are members of the Arizona Association of Foster and Adoptive Parents and have fostered 14 children in the past 12 years. She is the mother to 4 adult children and co-parents 4 school age girls. Add the dog to the mix, and there’s rarely a dull moment.
